Short Sale and Foreclosures

Distress Homes in default
   Not all homes that go into default go all the way through to foreclosure.  Many sell before the default is finalized (meaning foreclosed upon).  Homebuyers and investors are attracted to short sales and foreclosures because they want to buy a home way below market value. 

   Distressed sales are complicated and it can be time consuming.  Both sellers and buyers should seek legal advice with an attorney who is qualified in the short sale and foreclosure arena.
